“Nothing that I accept about myself can be used against me to diminish me”

– Audre Lorde

Self reflection, social justice, liberation work and community care are at the core of everything that I do. I work with a systemic approach that recognizes we are all a piece of many larger systems that can empower and limit us at the same time. Understanding where we stand with our complex selves among all that has been told and internalized by us is a step to our authentic self and psychological well-being.

I promise to continuously engage with and reexamine my own privileges to do my very best to offer a judgement-free, body-neutral, LGBTQI+ friendly, intersectionally reflective zone. .

I provide safer spaces for critical reflection, psycho-education, conversation, exchange s well as passing on existing resources put together from important and inspirational sources worldwide for us to dive deeper into particular topics. These sessions can be digital and face-to-face, one-off or ongoing, group and 1:1, BIPoC and open-for-everyone. If this resonates with you, get in touch so we can discuss details to create something that works best for you and your personal needs and possibilities.

I also look forward to hearing from you if you’d like to get in touch with me as a workshop holder, speaker, writer or panelist, or collaborate in other ways.
